Shipping & Delivery

ORIGINAL ART

All available original art ships within 1-2 business days via USPS priority with tracking number

All original art up to size 11x 14” will be shipped in a box

Anything bigger than 11”x 14” will be rolled and shipped in a tube

COMMISSION ART

Depending on the subject or medium, commission art completion time will vary and I will be communicating with you through email.

Your happiness with your art is my priority, I will update you often with the progress. Once the work is completed your artwork will be varnished. We will wait for the varnish to dry completely 3-7 days depending on the medium used to ensure work is not damaged once it’s wrapped

PRINTS

All prints ship within 1-2 business days via USPS priority with tracking number

All prints packed in clear cellophane bags, shipped in rigid envelope or bubble envelope, or box depending on the item, up to size 11”x14” to ensure safe arrival

11”x14” and up will be shipped in tubes. All orders are prepared and packed with love and care in my home studio.

Return Policy

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
